Currently, we offer 2 delivery methods:
- Trackable Courier Service. The order will be delivered within 5 – 9 days (maximum 14 days). The package can be tracked online. Tracking number will become active within 4 business days after the drugs are shipped;
- Airmail service. The order will be delivered within 14 – 21 days (maximum 30 days). The package can NOT be tracked online.
The shipping fees may vary depending on the selected delivery option, your location, and the goods you order. To find out the shipping fee for your location, add the required drugs to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
When you place an order on our website, you may be sure it’s confidential and anonymous. Besides, the medicine will be shipped in discreet looking packages without any inscription of the contents on the package.
If the package is damaged during transportation or some positions are missing, you should contact our customer service. We will either resend your medications for free or offer a full refund. Please bear in mind that if you purchase 100 or more pills, they will be sent in several packages.
In rare cases, your order may be delayed at customs. If this happens, we will inform you about the delay. You will be asked to come and allow the customs officer to examine the parcel. After that, you will receive your goods. If you have any problems with getting your meds, inform us and we will try to help you.
If you have not received your order within the promised period, visit your local postal office. If they confirm that the order has not arrived, we will reship the meds for free. We strive to do our best to solve all problems as quickly as possible.
